The home

31 Gasparilla Circle, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Currently under construction in Bella Vue, 31 Gasparilla Circle is a three-story raised coastal home designed around waterfront living in Murrells Inlet. Located near the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, the home combines a private waterfront setting with convenient access to one of the Grand Strand's best-known dining, boating and entertainment areas. The home features approximately 3,850 heated square feet, multiple covered porches, an elevator and dual garages. The outdoor living area extends toward the water with a pool, spa and dock, making the connection between the home and the inlet an important part of the design.

Plans & renderings

October 2026

The three-story plan takes advantage of the raised coastal foundation while creating substantial living and outdoor space above. The main living level includes the primary suite, kitchen, dining and great room, with large covered porch areas oriented toward the rear of the property. Upper-level bedrooms and additional porch space continue the design vertically. The site plan shows how the house, outdoor living area, pool, spa and dock work together on the waterfront property rather than being treated as separate elements.

Exterior materials & colors

October 2026

The exterior was designed around a warm coastal palette using light finishes, brick, dark windows and railings, and stained-wood accents. The exterior material board brings those individual selections together and shows how the completed home is intended to look before construction is finished.
