A 1,800-square-foot office building built from the ground up for Moore Insurance Agency at 4707 Oleander Drive, Myrtle Beach, completed in 2025 for client Dan Temple. Richardson is also renovating the 8,000-square-foot Lindsay Leonard Temple CPA office at the same address.
