The home

2092 Kilkee Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. Currently under construction at 2092 Kilkee Drive, this custom home is located in the Parkland neighborhood of The Legends, one of Myrtle Beach's established golf communities. The .36-acre homesite sits directly on the Parkland Golf Course, with views toward both the 17th and 11th tee areas, while a wooded buffer along one side adds privacy.

The home is being designed specifically for its golf-course setting, pairing a classic coastal exterior with Cobblestone siding, Myrtle Sand brick, Weathered Wood shingles, black windows and stained-wood accents. When complete, it will add another Richardson Custom Builders home to our growing body of work within The Legends community.
